Maybe this page should read:

2009 Resolutions & Goals

  1. 4 / 7 nights a week, in bed before 10.30 p.m. (this has to be the hardest one on this list 😦 )
  2. Start eating like a human being, not……..what ever it is I do now
  3. Enrol in and start that bloody PhD to get the damned noise out of my damned head
  4. Take a walk on the wild side of life and say “f**k the rules / processes / policies etc and jump in head first occasionally and be damned with the consequences
